JOB REQUIREMENT : 
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent, especialy in FMCG Industry.
  • Required Skill(s): Negotiation skill, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Market Knowledge, Distribution Management, Good Interpersonal.
  • Having experiences in distribution channel.
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Purwokerto.
  • Willing to work travel.
  • Maximum age 35 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Make sure the distribution in line with company vision & mission.
  • Responsible for target achievement, distribution, availability and visibility company product through local distributor pathner.
  • Making sales strategies socialize them to the sales team.
  • Making monthly report.
  • Identify future and current trends that appeal to consumers.
  • Having background in personal care or consumer goods company is preferred.
  • Maintain claim distributor and stock.
